Press PS button on controller, go to Settings -> Application Saved Data Management -> Saved data in Online Storage -> Download to system storage and here select FIFA16 and you will see all your saved files. Pick one from last time you played and select Download. When you will be asked to overwrite press ok.
Do FIFA updates affect career mode saves?
