Ganz, the company that owns the Webkinz brand, has announced that it will permanently delete all archived, inactive accounts on October 1st, 2019. If you know someone who still has an archived Webkinz account, they have until the end of September to get it restored before it is permanently deleted!
How do I get my Webkinz account back?
If you wish to reactivate an archived account and you remember your login credentials, simply attempt to login to your Webkinz World account to initiate the automatic account recovery process. You will be able to login to your account after 24 hours.
Do Webkinz still come with codes?
Each Webkinz Pet comes with its own unique Adoption Code, which is contained in the tag that is securely attached to every Webkinz Pet when it is shipped to the original retailer. Just as we cannot replace a lost Webkinz Pet, we are unable to replace a lost Webkinz Pet tag and the Adoption Code that comes with it.

How do you get KinzChat Plus? KinzChat Plus requires your parent’s permission since you can type your own phrases, and other members can type phrases back to you. To sign up for it, your parent should go to the Parent’s area of Webkinz World and read through the section called “Manage Kinzchat Plus Access”.
Can I use old Webkinz codes?
You may only reuse a code once, after one code is reused the code will no longer be valid for use on the Webkinz World servers. ONLY Webkinz Pet codes may be used, any other code will not work and will just confuse the system, also make sure that you type the code correctly!
